SELF-DEVELOPMENT COURSES IN
GREECE
The Greek Island of Paxos is the ideal location to stand
back, take a calm objective look at your life and draw
up a plan for achieving what you really want.
If
The Greek island of Paxos is a really beautiful island and,
with its unrushed pace of life, it provides the ideal
environment for anyone who wants to stand back, take a
calm, objective look at their life and draw up a plan
for achieving more of the things they really want.
Special interest holiday operator, Paxos Life
Activities, is therefore pleased to be offering a
self-development workshop on Paxos in Summer 2010.
In today’s world many people lead such busy lives that they
often feel caught up in a hamster wheel, with no time to
organise their lives or to think what they really want
to achieve. Time seems to rush by more and more quickly,
and they just never have time to do the things that
could really make a difference.
‘Unleash Your Creativity – Realise Your Full Potential’
will be led by personal development trainer Judi Goodwin
and qualified life coach Annabel Sutton, who will use
writing, movement and performance to enable participants
to stand back, take a calm, objective look at their
life, decide what they want from it and draw up a plan
for achieving more of those things. At the same time
participants will also learn how to create new ways of
thinking and being that will give them the confidence to
move forward. By the end of the workshop they should
have a clearer focus on what they want to achieve in
life and be leaving with a clear plan of action for
moving forward and achieving their new goals.
The friendly and informal workshop is suitable for
people of all levels of ability, whether they have
already been involved in some artistic or creative
activity, or are convinced they haven’t a creative bone
in their body. It will be based around five morning
sessions each with a specific focus, but afternoons will
be free, leaving plenty of time either to explore Paxos
or simply relax, and there will also be the opportunity
for one-to-one coaching sessions with Annabel Sutton. It
therefore offers the best of both worlds: the chance to
have a holiday in an idyllic location, while at the same
time doing something very worthwhile in an environment
where there are few distractions.
Accommodation is in shared villas with their own pools
and spacious terraces set in the shade and tranquillity
of the olive groves above the village of Loggos. But for
anyone who already has their own accommodation on Paxos
or who wishes to be more independent, it is also
possible to join just the group tuition sessions.
The workshop is not aimed at single travellers but
anyone travelling alone and wishing to spend their time
in the company of a group of like-minded people would be
perfectly at home here. It is equally suited to couples
and larger groups.
‘Unleash Your Creativity – Realise Your Full Potential’
runs from 17 – 24 May 2010 and costs £745, which
includes tuition, accommodation and return transfers
between Corfu airport and Paxos. It is therefore
actually cheaper than many courses in the UK that
regularly cost £250 a day or £1,000 a week.
Paxos Life Activities also organises Painting,
Photography, Yoga and Creative Writing holidays and at
the time of writing there is still some availability on
all courses in 2010. In addition, skippered or bareboat
Yacht Charter is available all season.
